Linking an account or credit card to BCV TWINT

Approved sources of funds

You can use the following sources of funds for BCV TWINT:

  • a BCV credit card (cards from other issuers not supported)
  • a current account in CHF with individual signing authority
  • account with the following type: COMPTE A VUE, COMPTE PRIVE CAMPUS, COMPTE SOCIETES AFFILIEES BCV, COMPTE TRADEDIRECT CH, COMPTE PRIVE PRIVILEGE, COMPTE PIGUET GALLAND & CIE SA, COMPTE PRIVE FORMULE DIRECTE, COMPTE PRIVE FORMULE CLASSIQUE, COMPTE PRIVE FORMULE PREMIUM, COMPTE PRIVE JUNIORS, COMPTE PRIVE JEUNES, COMPTE PRIVE CHF FORMULE FRONTALIER, COMPTE JEUNES ACTIFS, COMPTE PRIVE CAMPUS+, COMPTE PRIVE FORMULE DIRECTE+, COMPTE JEUNES ACTIFS+, COMPTE PRIVE FORMULE JUNIORS

The current account cannot be used as collateral, nor can it have a credit limit.

 

Changing the source of funds

In the app menu, go to “Account & credit cards.” There you can choose the account or BCV credit card you use to make payments as well as the account you use to receive payments. 

To add a new card or account, tap on “+” at the bottom of the screen. Accounts that are eligible to use with BCV TWINT will automatically appear in the app.
