Be wary if you get a phone call from someone claiming to be an IT support person. When making payments, be sure to check the payee's bank details and the amount. Your log-in details are confidential, never share them with anyone!

Updated on 13 October 2023

New mobile number

If you have a new number, contact BCV by telephone to link the new number to your TWINT account.

That will ensure you can keep your transaction history, automatic payments, and loyalty cards.

New phone

  1. Download the BCV TWINT app on your new phone
  2. Log in to your account again, indicating you are already a BCV TWINT user
  3. If you have forgotten your personal identification number (PIN), you can reset it automatically by tapping on “Forgotten your TWINT PIN?”
