What’s new with our digital banking services

It’s easier than ever to pay QR bills received in PDF format: just share the bill with BCV Mobile! The app will automatically retrieve the data contained in the QR code and enter it in your payment order.
We’ve updated the “Overview” and “Payment” sections – for example, transactions are now grouped by date and feature a debit or credit icon.

With BCV smartID, you’re guaranteed highly secure access to BCV-net and BCV Mobile. This log-in method uses strong authentication and a personal smartID key installed directly on your phone. That means our online banking platforms are among the best protected on the market.
New phone ? No problem. You can transfer your smartID access from your old phone to your new one in just a few minutes.

Stay alert

BCV will never ask you for your BCV-net password or PIN or your credit card number, PIN, or security code, nor will we contact you at your private email address. For increased security, certain payment types involving new payment beneficiaries now require additional authorization.
