All resolutions approved at BCV’s annual meeting

BCV’s Annual Shareholders’ Meeting was held today at the Palais de Beaulieu in Lausanne, Switzerland. The meeting was attended by 593 shareholders, representing 82% of the Group’s capital. All items on the agenda were approved, including a CHF 0.10 increase in the ordinary dividend to CHF 3.80 per share. BCV will thus return a total of CHF 327m to its shareholders (ex-dividend date: 8 May 2023; payment date: 10 May 2023), including CHF 219m to the Canton of Vaud, which holds 67% of its share capital.

Shareholders approved the 2022 consolidated financial statements, which show a CHF 388m net profit. They ratified the actions of the Board of Directors and the Executive Board and accepted the compensation of the members of the Board of Directors and the Executive Board.
