Once you’ve completed your training at BCV, you’ll have a number of options – here are some of them:

Bank advisor

After getting your Swiss Federal Diploma in banking, you can embark on a career as a bank advisor. You’ll be responsible for welcoming customers, guiding them through our branches, and showing them the key features of our digital banking systems and ATMs. You’ll also speak with customers to pinpoint their needs and advise them on our broad range of banking products, referring them to experts when necessary.

Management assistant

After completing your apprenticeship, you may decide to become a management assistant. In this role, you’ll support our advisors and play a critical role in handling administrative matters and expanding our customer base. You’ll also ensure customer portfolios are managed smoothly, following up where necessary. Your duties will include helping to prepare reports, generate statistics, and handle correspondence, working with your regional manager.

Assistant advisor

As an assistant advisor, you’ll actively support BCV’s bank advisors, helping them to manage customer relationships and providing input during customer meetings. The training you receive will give you the skills you need to handle your own customer portfolio. You’ll also help train the next cohort of interns and apprentices, passing on the knowledge you’ve acquired.

Lending specialist

Lending specialists play a central role in ensuring our loan processes are efficient. You’ll be in charge of entering loan application data based on information provided by BCV advisors and analysts. You’ll also monitor data quality, manage various lending procedures (requesting information, disbursing funds, overseeing collateral, etc.), and implement loan reimbursements and cancellations.
