  • This one-year program will expose you to all aspects of cybersecurity within BCV.
  • First, you’ll train as a fraud analyst, helping customers deal with potentially fraudulent transactions. The on-the-job training will give you experience with BCV’s own platforms and technologies as well as the full range of compliance processes we’ve put in place to ensure our alignment with Swiss and international regulations.
  • After that, based on your background and preferences, you’ll have a number of possible options for further training, especially for specialist positions.

Client advisor

  • You’ll meet with our individual customers and help them with their day-to-day banking needs, whether they need advice on investments or mortgage loans, or have questions related to pensions, taxes, or inheritance.
  • You’ll train for six months at one of our branch offices and learn about all the products and services we offer as a full-service bank.
  • You’ll gain practical experience in our branch offices while learning all about the banking business at our training center in Prilly (CAB). This is your chance to show us how well you can learn and adapt to new roles.

Business analyst

  • You’ll begin training with our back office teams, which process most transactions.
  • During this initial phase, you’ll learn the ins and outs of the profession and familiarize yourself with applicable regulations and procedures. By the end, you’ll have a general understanding of all our back office activities.
  • You can then work your way up to become an expert or team leader, or work on our business analyst support team.

We founded the “Rejoignez-nous” training program almost 20 years ago to enable women to return to the workforce after taking time out. No banking experience is required to take part in the program. Over the course of a year, participants gain skills they can use to grow their careers at BCV. Designed to meet current needs and with a strong track record of success, the program gives participants an opportunity to embark on a new career in retail banking (as a customer advisor), in the back office (as a business analyst), and now in cybersecurity (as a fraud analyst). They receive hands-on training, support, peer coaching, and specialized subject-matter education, opening the door to entirely new professional prospects.
Given the importance of diversity in the workplace and the structural challenges in today’s employment landscape, we encourage women to actively seek out new opportunities through our “Rejoignez-nous” program.
